Integrated Wind Solutions ASA (IWS) has entered into a strategic collaboration with Havfram Wind, a prominent offshore wind installation company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, IWS Fleet AS, and IWS Fleet Management.

This partnership involves IWS providing technical management services for Havfram Wind's two offshore wind turbine installation vessels (WTIVs) with a scheduled delivery in 2025. Specifically designed for installing turbines exceeding 300 meters in tip height and handling foundations weighing up to 3,000 tonnes in water depths of up to 70 meters, these WTIVs represent a significant advancement in offshore wind infrastructure.

As part of the collaboration, IWS and Havfram Wind will jointly own Havfram Fleet Management AS (HFM), where IWS will contribute management and technical resources. HFM will assume responsibility for the technical management of the WTIVs.

Integrated Wind Solutions ASA highlighted the shared technical expertise, anticipating substantial synergies from operating a diverse fleet across the offshore wind value chain. Additionally, IWS Fleet Management AS will continue to provide technical management services to two LNG carriers.
